But before that, what exactly are Keywords refer to? Let’s find it out.

What is Keywords?

In simple basic terms, Keywords are a single word or a group of words that people are searching in Google Search Engine as their queries. So, now there are several tools in the market that provide us with these keyword analysis results, some are free like Google Keyword planner, or some paid options, like Ahref, SEMrush and much more.

Think in this way, that if we want genuine and relevant organic traffic then how wonderful it would be to provide the appropriate results about what people are looking for. By now, you can understand that how much good keyword research is necessary and how carefully it is to be done to receive huge quality traffic.

What are the steps involved in the Keyword research process?

There are several steps that we can follow in order to do a good keyword research analysis. Remember, the main focus is to chart down the best keywords that are mostly demanded by the users in Google. Sometimes, if you type two-three characters in Google Search Engine, then automatically Google will start suggesting you the most demanded keyword list.

Finding the micro-niche Keyword Idea

Step 1 is to get a proper micro niche idea that people might look for. While starting with Keyword research, always think as an audience of your site. Start typing keywords on Google Search Engine and look for important keywords that match your business. Chalk it down and prepare a rough list.

Analysing Keywords

Step 2 is to analyze the rough draft, now shortlist and filter out the unnecessary keywords, and keep the best matching keywords. Your analysis will be based on Search Volumes, Traffics, Location of the queries, CPC value, and trends. After doing so, you can understand which keywords are the most demanded.

Reordering Keywords

In step 3, you can reorder the keyword list. Bring the most important keyword at the top and the least important at the bottom. Now, start preparing your content with these keywords list, one thumb rule is to properly make a sentence with the keywords as we did in our schooling days and nothing else. Another rule, the Top Keyword have to be there 5 to 6 times, and the count will decrease with the other keywords. We will discuss this in some other articles.
